Cancellation Policy

STUDIO POLICIES Please read carefully before booking. SESSION STRUCTURE Each session is reserved as a 60-minute appointment that allows for the photographing of an individual child, siblings, or friends. Sessions are photographed in-studio and are designed to allow for genuine expressions and a calm experience. TIMING Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. We are unable to extend or reschedule sessions due to lateness. IMAGES & ORDERING Sessions focus on up to 30 intentional frames per session, from each Parents will choose their favorite 10 or 20 images. Session also includes wall art and/or album, and options will be discussed during consultation and again during order appointment. The images are going to be selected live, right after the session, and only then. We don't send galleries or allow for screenshots, so please make sure all decision makers are present during this process. Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion. Clients will have the opportunity to purchase: Albums Fine art prints Wall art collections Digital images are delivered sized up to 8×12 The studio is not responsible for print quality, color accuracy, or resolution issues when images are printed outside of our professional lab. PAYMENTS Session fee is $495, and a deposit of $195 is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session. Session fees are non-refundable. All image and product orders are finalized through the studio ordering system. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. CREATIVE DIRECTION The studio maintains a consistent artistic style across all sessions. Posing, editing, image selection, and final presentation are determined by the photographer to ensure quality and consistency with the studio’s body of work. AGREEMENT Booking a session indicates full understanding and acceptance of these policies.
