Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking. SESSION STRUCTURE Each session is reserved as a 30-minute outdoor appointment. Sessions may include an individual child or siblings, depending on the nature of the booking. Sessions are photographed outdoors at sunset and are intentionally paced to allow for movement, exploration, and natural interaction. Locations are carefully scouted to provide clean, undistracted backgrounds that support storytelling rather than distract from it. TIMING Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time, as sunset light is limited and cannot be extended. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. We are unable to extend or reschedule sessions due to lateness, weather permitting. IMAGES & ORDERING Outdoor sunset sessions include five edited images, selected by parents during a scheduled Zoom ordering appointment held a few days after the session. Image selection takes place during the ordering appointment only. Online galleries are not delivered Please ensure all decision-makers are present for this appointment. Editing style and color treatment are at the photographer’s discretion, in keeping with the studio’s artistic style. Clients will have the opportunity to purchase: Additional digital images Albums Fine art prints Wall art collections Digital images are delivered sized up to 8×12. The studio is not responsible for print quality, color accuracy, or resolution issues when images are printed outside of our professional lab. PAYMENTS Session fee is $395, and a deposit of $195 is due upon time of booking. $200 Balance is due no later than 24 hours before the session. Session fees are non-refundable. All image and product orders are final. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the session fee. Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, the studio will contact clients regarding rescheduling options. CREATIVE DIRECTION The studio maintains a consistent artistic approach across all sessions. Posing, shooting distance, editing, image selection, and final presentation are determined by the photographer to ensure quality, cohesion, and alignment with the studio’s body of work. AGREEMENT Booking a session indicates full understanding and acceptance of these policies.
