Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking. These policies are in place to protect the experience, the artwork, and everyone’s sanity. SESSION OVERVIEW City Lights Sessions are designed for families and children ages 3 and up. Sessions take place in Cocoa Village or Melbourne Eau Gallie, in safe, controlled, pre-scouted environments. With over 10 years of experience photographing City Lights–style sessions in Toronto, Boston, and New York, these sessions are executed using a proven, carefully developed approach that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and artistic consistency. Sessions are offered on date-specific locations only and are up to 30 minutes long. RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Due to the exclusivity, planning, and limited availability of these sessions: Deposits are non-refundable No-shows forfeit all payments Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled SESSION STRUCTURE Sessions are photographed on location, not in a studio. Sessions are intentionally short and focused. Locations and shooting flow are predetermined. Clients must arrive ready to begin at their scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session. Sessions cannot be extended or rescheduled due to lateness, as sessions are booked back-to-back. IMAGE SELECTION & EDITING Each session includes 5 digital images Images are selected by the client during a scheduled Zoom ordering call held a few days after the session, where the client will have an opportunity to purchase extra images, wall art, and/or albums Only selected images are fully edited and delivered Unselected or unedited images are not available for purchase Digital images are delivered in high resolution, sized up to 8×12. The studio is not responsible for print quality, color accuracy, or resolution issues when images are printed outside of the professional lab. CREATIVE DIRECTION & EDITING STYLE With over 15 years in business, Joanna has developed a distinct shooting and editing style that defines the City Lights Sessions. Creative direction, posing, lighting, image selection, and editing are at the photographer’s discretion Editing requests, style changes, or re-edits are not accepted Booking a session indicates acceptance of the studio’s artistic vision and portfolio style AGREEMENT Booking a City Lights Session confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to all studio policies outlined above.
