Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully before booking. SESSION: Each session is reserved for ONE child only. Sessions are photographed in the studio and are intentionally short and focused. Additional children require a separate booking. TIMING: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals result in a shortened session. We are unable to extend or reschedule due to lateness. VIEWING AND ORDERING Image selection and ordering take place on the same day. We do not send online galleries, proofs, or watermarked previews. PAYMENTS Session fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Orders are finalized during your appointment. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. CREATIVE DIRECTION The studio maintains a consistent artistic style. Posing, editing, and final image selection are at the photographer’s discretion. Booking a session indicates acceptance of these terms.
